  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • You should send back the item within 7 days upon receive.
  • The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original invoice.

How long is the return process?

  •    We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been picked up.

Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange items or online store credit, the shipping fee of the exchange item is shoulder by the customer.
